Shipping & Returns
The products are shipped by courier company, ELTA- DOOR-TO-DOOR.
For shipping all over Greece, there is NO EXTRA CHARGE if you pay by bank deposit, by credit or debit card.
If you have chosen a cash-on-payment method then the billing charge is 2 € + VAT.
In order to complete the provision of the Service you consent to the disclosure of the necessary information to the courier company in order to complete the delivery.

The shipment is made immediately upon confirmation of your order and the delivery to the customer takes place within 3-4 business days. *
(*) Shipment times may change due to imprecise factors such as: non-availability of the product, special treatment, strikes, delays in transportation, holidays, etc.
You reserve the right to return the entire order or part of it within 7 calendar days after the date you received it.
To make a refund, you must first contact us (online or by phone) to begin the return process.
In cases where WAVE PHARMA is proven to be responsible of selling products of poor quality or of making error in order receipt, pricing, shipping, etc., then we fully take responsibility for replacement, return costs, and re-shipping costs.
In the event of a wrong product or design choice, the customer will be charged for the return and re-shipping costs.
The customer will be charged for shipping and return costs also in case of withdrawal. Returned products must be in the delivered, complete and undamaged condition and their packaging should be the one that normally accompanies the product, necessarily accompanied by the relevant withdrawal notice together with all the supplementary documents (eg retail receipt). The refund will be accepted only upon approval of the company.
RETURNS without prior notice of the company (firstname.lastname@example.org, 2613 026 128 ή 6945308384), WILL NOT BE RECEIVED.
The return process will only be done with the same courier company which sent the product in the first place, otherwise it will not be accepted.
The Company will do its best to replace the returned product either if this product is found to be defective or the wrong code has been shipped. For the best possible service, we suggest you, within 2 working days of the date of receipt, inform us either by phone or by e-mail about the desire to replace it. If replacement is not possible due to unavailability of the requested product, we will contact you by offering you alternatives.
